Established in 1871, Yeronga State School is a medium sized, inner city school with heritage listing. The school is set on 4 hectares of leafy surrounds, with distinct Junior and Senior School precincts, catering for students from Prep – Year 6. Extensive sporting fields and courts, nature playgrounds, and learning hubs such as visual arts, music and STEM facilities are accessed throughout the day for planned curriculum and open ended learning and play. The Yeerongpilly Early Childhood Development Program, catering for Pre prep children with hearing loss, is a third school precinct.
