Inquiry learning
The need for authentic and action focussed learning opportunities is paramount for today's schools. Yeronga State School uses a framework of inquiry to design curriculum-based experiences where students develop genuine interest and curiosity in learning.
Inquiry learning means moving far beyond simply acquiring a body of knowledge. Inquiry learners develop skills in research, collaboration, communication, thinking and self-management in order to contribute and make meaning of knowledge in our ever-changing world.
